Hi my ring doorbell has stopped working and isn’t even charging. I’ve had trouble twice now with my doorbell and now it’s not working help
Hi @Yamyam. Which model of Doorbell do you have? Have you tried performing a reset on it? If not, I’d suggest resetting it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s complete, you can try setting it up in the Ring App again. Let me know how that works for you.
