Hey @phildebertaut. Do you already have a Chime or Chime Pro set up? If you have a Chime Pro setup, then you should be able to connect to the Chime Pro network if that device is closer to your Doorbell than your router. For the Doorbell set up, what part is the setup hung up at? Feel free to provide a screenshot of the page you are stuck at.
