I have ten devices on my old Ring account that I would like to move to my new Ring account. Is there any way to do this without having to unmount and go through the entire setup process? I do have access to both accounts.
Hi @user10262. You would need to remove each device in order to set it up on a new Ring account. What purpose was the new Ring account created for? If it was because you have a new address or new information, you can update information such as your address on your existing Ring account. That way you can avoid having to remove and set all of your Ring devices back up again.
