Evening all. I’m soon moving house and will be leaving my battery doorbell, battery security light cam & a wired security light cam.
Any advice on how best to reset and transfer over to new house owners please?
New house has its own system so no need for me to take them with.

Hi @CarlTomlin. If you wish to leave the devices at your house for new owners, all you will need to do is remove the device from your Ring account. To do this, follow the steps we have listed in this Help Center article that lists all of the steps here. Once the owner of the Ring devices no longer see them in the Ring app, the devices are unregistered and ready for a new owner to set them up. I hope this information helps!
