Moved house - subscription issues

Recently moved house. Deactivated wired cam as sold with house. Set up new cam and doorbell but my subscription doesn’t link. My free trial has ended on new products. Signed up for new subscription but it’s not linking up.

Hi there, @PaulCherry. Depending on location information and Protect Plan type, a plan might not carry over automatically to a newly added device. Specifically, if you have a Protect Basic subscription, this is per device on your account and adding a new device would require a new Protect Basic subscription to be applied.

For Protect Plus Plans, these will cover an entire location, but only one location. Thus, a subscription applied to a specific location would not automatically apply to a newly added location.
