For the price you pay for the ring door bell the screws to remove the face plate should be something that does not rust in under a year making it impossiable to remove. Come on Ring don’t be so cheap. you sure don’t mind charging the consumer a premium price
I am having the same problem. This is my second doorbell. I couldn’t get the doorbell off the mount but now one of the screws isn’t holding. It’s been a year and I pay to keep my videos in the cloud just in case. Next year I’m not paying and I’m going with Google. My neighbor has the nest for over 2 years no problem with it.
