Motion video black

Why am i seeing all other motions but when something is missing in clear view, my screen is black without any video?

Hi @user29879. If you’re seeing a black screen when you attempt to view a video from your Event History or activate the Live View, it could be a wifi related concern. You can find some troubleshooting steps in this Help Center article. I would also recommend making sure the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your router.
