Motion Sensor weak connection to base?

I have just installed an entire system in my house and the first motion sensor shows “weak connection to base.” This sensor is in direct line of sight to the base and is only about 40 feet away. Is this sensor somehow defective? I don’t think it should show this for such a short distance.

They can take a deeper look into your Base Station and how it is connected to all devices, as well as troubleshoot with the Motion Sensor to see if they can get that connection to be solid.
