motion alert videos not showing up on app

During the trial period, everthing worked great.

Since I started the paid service, when I get a motion alert, the app shows black for the video. I can see stop motion between, but not the actual video alert.

Additionally, live view will not connect.

Yes, I checked wifi. Reset it several times, too.

It is the same wifi router I had during the trial period when everthing worked fine
