Why am I getting alerts that there is motion at my door?? then when I proceed to see what the motion is, clicking on the log garners no response at all whether I click the notification immediately or later on. This is starting to happen more frequently now. No internet issues. These cameras are starting to be more problems than they are help. Is there a firmware update that needs to be done, service patch or something? What’s the use of an alert you can’t use??
Hi @Apple459. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan? If your plan has lapsed, you may encounter this issue. I would also ensure that your Ring app is up to date as well. I would also try to access these recordings from your Event History Timeline to see if they are viewable there. Let me know what you find.
