Motion-Activated Lights Should Turn Off After Motion Is LAST Detected

As it stands, motion-activated lights turn on when motion is first detected and turn off a certain amount of time after motion is … first detected. This makes no sense. None whatsoever.

The proper protocol should turn lights off a certain amount of time after motion is LAST detected. As it stands now, lights can and do turn off while motion is actively happening! C’mon. Who thought this up?

Please fix this. Or at a minimum, give us users the option to choose whether we want our lights to turn off a certain amount of time after motion is first detected or last detected. I guarantee that if you give us this option, 99.44% of users will choose “last detected”.

Thanks.
