just purchased a motion-activated floodlight with the bridge. hooked the bridge up just fine and installed the floodlight. For some reason, the floodlight will not connect. it just says it is offline. it does not matter if I enter the code or scan the code, it will not connect. HELP!
That is odd to hear @Debski! Please ensure the Bride is not doing an update while trying to add this device. The code should be recognized in the app, but removing and reinstalling the app might help if it is not. Please also ensure that VPN is disabled and other apps on your mobile device are closed.
