Multiple sites/devices, wireless/wired, doorbells/cams. I set “disarmed” = no motion detection for all devices - have to repeat daily, as each morning the Dashboard “loses” the familiar Disarmed/Home/Away top line, as if custom modes are not set. Why are my custom modes failing to survive overnight?
Hi @Schooner. Can you give us some more information about this? What type of phone/OS are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? If you enter a different menu in the Ring app, and then return to the Dashboard, do the Modes reappear? If possible, share a screen recording of what you are seeing in the Ring app so my team can have a better understanding of this concern. Thanks, neighbor.
