The bubble count on the app logo does not update when I remove events in the app. I have to restart my phone to update the bubble count. I discussed this with tmobile support and they said to escalate the issue to you.
Hi @semockr. What kind of phone are you using? You can always try to uninstall the Ring app, reboot your phone, then reinstall the Ring app to see if that offers any improvement. Also, if you have an Android phone, you can clear the app data and cache. This should cause the red bubble to disappear. I hope this helps!
