Last few times I really needed to view a video I get “Recording does not exist. Sorry but Cloud recording was not active…”. Why and did I lose that recording forever?
Hey @Halky. Is it like this for old starred videos (videos older than 30 or 60 days), or all of. your recordings? You will need to ensure you have an active subscription to have video storage, but if the video is outside of the time frame your region allows for storage, the video may have been deleted already as videos cannot be stored longer than 30 or 60 days, depending on where you are located.
