I continue to have intermittent missed notifications for my video doorbell 2 on my iOS ring app, in Alexa etc. The app shows motion detected, and video history for these events, and live view. But notifications are not happening very frequently, which is the whole point of the device. Ring support is IMPOSSIBLE to find or contact for Ireland or UK. Ideas ?
Hi @Agoconno . Last week we were experiencing issues with our Processing Infrastructure which resulted in delays in our Ring devices. This has since been resolved and everything should be back to normal.
