Just got my ring. Tried chat support but it was offline. My current doorbell is probably 42-44 inches high. Will this be too low

Hi @PurringPigeon. The recommended mounting height for the Doorbell is about 48 inches from the ground. However, the height you have it at now should be fine, but you may need to bring it up if you experience any concerns with the motion detection or performance.
