Mains Power Security Camera Does Not Respond Or Turn Off

My Ring floodlight security camera has disconnected from my WiFi and the floodlights are permanently turned on even after disconnecting the mains power for minutes or even days before turning the power back on. I can’t even reset the camera using the button on top of the unit. It is now seemingly locked in this state and I can’t seem to do anything about it.

Can anyone suggest what this problem might be?
