Sends code to phone and tells me internet connection not working. Endless loop with nowhere to enter the code.
Hi @hgjrjkg8eje. If you do not have a stable connection to the internet, the Ring app will not allow you to enter your 2FA code, nor log in, as you need that stable connection for the app to pull up your information. Please ensure you are on a stable wifi connection and attempt to re-log in. In addition, you can try deleting the app from your computer, rebooting it, and then reinstalling it to see if this help.
