low volume audio on live view and playback - Ring Pro

hi All

For a while now i have had volueme issues (intermittant sound - thought it was my phone or the app) but i have noticed today that when playing back recordings and listening to live view i can bearly hear anything - I here moments of sound but they are split seccond moments.

I have also noticed that its the same on my partners Iphone

I have a samsung S9 updated to latest vrsion and the latest version of the app installed.

I have restarted the doorbell (turn power off and back on) and no difference.

has anyone goy any idears?
