I have had my ring door bell for several years now. I believe you are supposed to get a low battery email. I have never had one. Is there a way to enable a low battery notification?

Hey @Jabberwocky. You should get a low battery email for your device when there are at least 3 events with your battery below 10%. If you have deleted emails from us in the past or marked any as spam, this also may be why they are not showing up for you. You also would need to ensure your device’s battery is getting that low, which you may be charging it before it gets that low! No worries, I appreciate your feedback here, and thank you for the idea of the low battery notification.
