Hi I have recently lost the wifi connectivity for my Ring device. I charged up my device and now I can’t seem to connect to the device and it’s showing that I’m no longer the owner. Any help is appreciated please
Hi @Kelvin1987. What device do you have, a Doorbell or a Camera? Make sure you’re signed in to the same Ring account that you set the device up under or it may show that you’re not the owner. Also, feel free to attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’d be happy to offer some helpful suggestions.
