I have 3 users on my account; each has their own login. The “primary” user email has changed and I am trying to update our account. The existing email account used for the login is closed an cannot be used (it was hacked.) I’m trying to login to change it, but Ring is not accepting the password. It is sending a password verification to the closed email account which I can no longer access. Is the a customer service telephone that I can call to fix this, or do I have to creat a new account?
Hey @NotTelling. Once the email address has been created for the Ring account, it cannot be changed on the user’s side of things. If your email address has changed, you can most definitely get that updated with our support team here. Feel free to give them a call or a chat and they will be able to take care of you from there!
