I have installed the ring app on my work laptop but when I try to login I get an error message.
Something went wrong 
A connection with the server could not be established
The error code is )x80072EFD
Any idea what this could be?
Hey @gzt4gs. What version of Windows are you running the Ring app on, and what is the app version for the Ring app on your computer? You may need to ensure you have an updated version of Windows to allow the Ring app to function as it should, as well as disable any VPN you may have on the computer.
