location change

I have 3 ring video doorbells and of the 3 none of the locations are exactly correct. I go to the app on the phone general - locations and it says “selection location” and gives me 3 options of where the app thinks my rings are but none of the options are correct. And I am not physically located at 2 of the locations. How do I change the locations of where my ring doorbells are located without physically being there?

Hi @hk2ls. It is possible that you setup your Ring Devices on the incorrect location. No worries! This can be easily changed in the Ring App. To do this, follow the steps listed in this Help Center Article. I hope this information helps!
