I’m growing increasingly frustrated at our Ring Cam. We have the 1st Generation. We’ve barely had it over a month and the Live View loads maybe 20% of the time, and when it finally does, it’s about 5 minutes too late. What did we spend over $100 for it this thing is totally useless? Also - had no idea you had a trial that expires after a certain time, so you can no longer playback videos of motion at your door unless you buy the premium setup. So freaking annoying.
And yes- our wifi is strong, our camera is setup correctly, etc.
