Live view stopped working 2 days ago, everything else is working fine

Had no issues for a year, 2 days ago live view stopped working. I am looking at live view form the website so ALL phone related issues are irrelevant. Reset router, reset camera. Nothing is working.

How long is the warranty on Ring Security Camera?

Are you access Live View on Ring.com from a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone? Which internet browser are you using? Are both your internet browser and your device’s OS updated? Please also double-check the microphone permissions for Ring.com on your browser, as this may impact the Live View from working if the permissions are disabled.
