live view not working

My Ring Doorbell 2 has worked fine for a long time, but now live view no longer works. Other videos like motion I can watch in the app.
I also get no notification if anyone is calling.
The bell stands about 5 meters from the router. Internet speed is 200 Mbps.
I’ve tried the setup again, but it can’t find wifi.
Under health status in the app it says that the bell is connected and everything is good RSSI - 55.
Uninstalled and reinstalled call app again …

Hi @FiDO! An RSSI of -55 is sufficient for operation of the device, but is a little high in regards to efficient video connection. Check out our Community post about a good vs poor RSSI.

The wifi speeds sound adequate for video, and so avoiding interference or distance between the router and Ring device should help you obtain video. If live view is still not connecting, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, as well as ensure bluetooth and VPN is disabled. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
