I’ve had my Ring doorbell for a week and added a Chime Pro yesterday to boost the Wifi. When I’m connected to Wifi on my phone, Live View works great. When I’m off Wifi and connected to my data network away from home, Live view does not work and get the following message “This feature is unavalailable because your phone has no internet connection.”
Does this have anything to do with the Chime Pro or could it be because of weak network data (everything else is working as it should, tho)?
