Live View Issues with Ring App

The Live View feature is not working on my Stick Up Cams. It just continues to spin and states “Loading”. While in this phase it’s actually recording everything (video and sound) and these Live View recordings can then be viewed after stopping the attempt at Live View.

This only occurs on the Ring app, but on the Ring Rapid View app and the website view everything works 100% as normal. I’ve reported this to Ring on the phone and they indicated that tech support was aware (they weren’t 100% clear on that, however).

1: I am NOT using a VPN.
2: I am NOT having any issues viewing Live View with my Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2.
3: Nothing has changed on my network.
4: This happens on any device logged into my account with the Ring app.
5: This happens on both WiFi and cellular.
