Live View Freezing Cell Data Issue

I have a indoor/outdoor stick up cam and my live view freezes after about 0.5 seconds. I read when I turn off my cell data it helps, which it does. But I don’t want to have to help turning my data on and off. When is ring going to fix this?

Hi @FORSYTH. What is the RSSI for you device? I would also ensure that you are using the correct ports and protocols for your internet router. This Help Center article here will show you the ports and protocols that Ring uses. This typically corrects most issues with freezing videos.
