Live View connectivity

Is anyone else having trouble connecting when using a 5G phone?

Hi @Rons624. If you’re experiencing any concerns with Live View not loading or connecting, I’d suggest starting with our Community Post on Live View here. It’s also important to check the RSSI for your Ring device, which is on the Device Health page. If the RSSI is on the higher end, this can explain why you’re experiencing connectivity concerns with the Live View.
