Live View: Activating Device (Live view suddenly not working, or working intermittently)

Apologies for posting as there are multiple of these topics on this problem. I’ve tried all the solutions on the website and suggested in other topics to no avail. Sometimes I get live view and sometimes it is stuck on “Activating Device” forever.

My Wifi is good, my connectivity is good. Contacted my ISP thinking it was an issue on their end. Then I noticed the amount of people who are having similar issues on the same day…

When I ring or motion is detected, a message appears on my phone. I can see motion detected videos after they process, but the live view is busted.
