Live feed stopped working on doorbell

After having to reset my router and reconnect my devices, my ring doorbell keeps giving me errors with live view. Desktop app says ‘We’re having trouble connecting to your Ring device’ and on my mobile app I get an end-to-end encryption error. (See pic) Help!
My Ring security cam works fine btw…

Hi @norredfam. It looks like our team reported a matter on March 4th regarding encryption, seen on Status.Ring.com. Please reference the End to End Encryption For Powered Devices status, which advises you to remove and setup your devices if this concern has not yet been resolved for you.
