Replaced the regular motion sensor floodlight with a Ring Floodlight Cam. Sensor and camera work great but the lights don’t. I hear the click and the toggle in the app is active but only a very slight glow is emitted from the LEDs. Is this a device issue or a house wiring issue? Previous lights worked fine.
Hi @aneuhart! As the Floodlight Cam uses high voltage from your home to operate, we recommend consulting with a licensed electrician for any power related concerns. Of course, our support team is happy to troubleshoot further to see if it can be resolved before seeking the help of an electrician!
