Lights not turning on at night when motion is detected.

Please help, I’m extremely frustrated and I’ve already called the customer team and all they did was reboot signal from afar but nothing fixed.

My wireless spotlight cam works good and i can manually turn on the lights but it NO LONGER turns the lights on at night anymore when motion is detected. Nothing in the environment has changed. Instead I see clear regular color at night but it defeats the purpose as I feel
Much more comfortable when the light turns on, on its own it just keeps suspicious people away. I have already reseted it multiple times and changed the wifi and all. Thank you In advance!
