Lights 'loading' message

I just started having the same issue on my wife’s phone. Customer support said they would contact me but I have not received any customer support.

I just updated the Ring app on android and restarted my phone. From your message, and the fact that I can no longer delete videos, I’m guessing that somehow I have been assigned a “shared” account? I am the only person in this house that operates these cameras. What’s going on?

My phone downloaded a new app version this morning (3.27.1) and the issue appears to be resolved. Thank you for fixing this!
