6 weeks into my 2nd generation ring doorbell issues.

Several phones calls and, 2 promises of a replacement my issue ended today with an extremely unsatisfactory conclusion of “there’s nothing more we can do”

14 months of ownership suddenly turned into “this devise is registered with someone else”

Apparently, this device has now suspiciously “disappeared from the system” so cannot be (Convenient) accessed !!
