Is there a way of keeping the doorbell 2 plugged in I’ve seen a 12m wire and I’ve got a plug that it can go into to keep it charged but obviously the usb charger is at the top of the battery and I can’t keep it plugged in with the battery
Has anyone else managed to keep it on charge the whole time??
I don’t have the option to have it hard wired into the front of my house at all
Hi @Lauraayres. You would need to wire your Ring Video Doorbell 2 directly to a transformer to have it help keep itself charged. You can learn more about how to do this in our Help Center Article here.
