I had a Ring doorbell pro that was being jammed by my neighbor. I replaced it with the doorbell Elite and I think it is still being jammed. There are gaps in the video or there is no video at all. How is this possible? This is a POE doorbell connected to the router and the modern that the wifi is also connected to. Was it installed correctly? Thank you in advance for any help.
Even though it is wired, it is not a 24/7 recording device.
Hi @user19610. Your Doorbell will only record if motion is detected. If there are periods with no motion, there will be no video.
