Issues with live feed for indoor camera


I am having issues with receiving live feed thru my Samsung S10E.

I can only received past videos. Any suggestions on a fix?

Hi @DAM, what happens when you attempt to load the Live View for your device? Also, since you mentioned you have a Samsung phone, we’ve been getting reports of neighbors in another Community post here with a similar concern. For that thread, neighbors are stating that their Samsung bluetooth device, when connected to the phone, is not allowing them to load the Live View. If you have a Samsung bluetooth device connected, try disconnecting it and then attempting to load the Live View. Hope to hear back from you soon! :slight_smile:

I tried that, but it still was not able to process live feed.


Thank you for trying that out @DAM! Testing live view with your mobile device connected to wifi only, as well as cellular data only, is another great step to see if one connection is stronger than the other. Check out also, our help center article about conflicting android apps.

If this concern persists, try performing this using our Rapid Ring app. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:

I tried the rapid ring app and that did not work as well.
