Hi. I keep getting vertical lines where I should have footage. And back footage in daylight. What’s going on? I am paying for this service
Hi there, @Lisalisa21! Video quality or connection concerns are often related to wifi or mobile device connection. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If you have a battery powered Video Doorbell, brining it inside near the router is a great way to test video. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
