Is my doorbell faulty or is there something I'm missing?

I got my Ring video doorbell two days ago. When trying to set it up, the orange button didn’t do anything. So I looked it up and online it said I may need to charge it. I plugged it in but the light has been flashing blue for two days. I’ve charged this doorbell for 48 hours and it still hasn’t turned green to show it’s fully charged.

Did you try holding the button down for about 10 to 15 seconds? Does the blinking change to white or some other pattern. I’ve had this with both my doorbells and it a weird thing you can normally get past but I agree it sometimes does not react like the design

Are you talking about the hard reset? I’ve done that twice and both times the light flashes white, turns off, then flashes blue a few times. But it still refuses to go into setup mode or fully charge…
