The ring had really went to Hell. I am pretty disappointed in there service. It had gotten really bad after they have sold millions of these. I cant even access my front door when someone rings the doorbell. Before it was easy to get a hold of customer service. Anyone have the 1800 number

YES! I installed a Ring door bell camera a few years ago and it works fine with my cell phone. I have been trying to get the app to work on my windows 10 ThinkPad. Iām stumpedā¦ I am calling ring support now they told me I have about a 45 minute wait timeā¦ I have searched every where for an answer. I guess if I canāt get any assistance setting this up, I suppose I will try another serviceā¦NEST?
Iād try nest. Youāll end up having the same issues. And due to Covid and the holidays, I bet youāll wait longer on hold.
