I used to have iphone app alert tones on all 8 of my cameras but I no longer hear any of them. All cameras have motion detection and motion alerts turned on. My alert tones are “windchimes”. Motion events are recorded but no tones are heard. My snooze motion and motion schedule are off. Advanced Motion Detection is on. Smart Alerts is off.
Hi @kh6dmx. I would start by making sure that your Ring app is up to date, as well as your iOS. This Help Center article here also has some tips and tricks for this concern. Be sure to check your iPhone settings and make sure that the Ring app has all permissions enabled and allowed. It might help to toggle these settings and check your App Alert Tones again.
I deleted and reinstalled my Ring app and updated the IOS and went through the Help Center article but the problem still exists. I am getting camera motion push notifications on my desktop PC when I am logged into the Ring website. I am receiving multi-factor authentication SMS codes from the Ring website on my iphone when I log into the website. However I am not receiving camera motion push notifications on my iphone.
