I know this topic has been presented here before. However I wish to modify it to state that I am getting multiple alerts on iOS devices only. The chime pro works as it should giving one alert per event however the iPhones are giving multiple alerts per event. The seems to have started with iOS 14.X and above however I can’t verify that. I can’t say in the last month I have had to report three problems with this ring app not working correctly. This is really getting to get on your nerves quickly. There was a mentioned fix I had read prior where are you have to reset all your cameras and redo everything in the system to get rid of it. This does not seem to be a proper fix when I am only getting the error on iOS devices and not the Tryon Pro. It was saying there is something wrong with the software and the developers need to dig deeper into this to get this corrected ASAP.
