Invoice not in order overview


I ordered a doorbell and chime and need a legal invoice for those. In my account I cannot find anything in order history. I contacted chat support, but they cannot help.
Order number = 013-17011. Please send the invoice to my email. thanks.

Just so you know, Ring won’t help you with this here on the forum. Even if they respond, they are going to tell you to call support.
