Installing brand new Video Doorbell3, followed all set up steps, says doesn’t recognize Ring-f06ccb. Go to settings, WiFi doesn’t recognize or load that device. I have an I Phone 11
Hi @PhilHart77. Have you tried resetting your phone before attempting the setup process again? If not, I’d recommend restarting your phone completely, as well as resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button on it for at least 20 seconds.
