Push ring button and the blue ring comes on but no ring. Push again and maybe harder and it might work. Help… wife says throw it out…
Sorry to hear about this @subarman365! The best first step would be to ensure the Doorbell volume is not turned down. If you visit your Doorbell device page in the Ring app, then select Device Settings, and select General Settings, there will be a volume control option for the Doorbell sounding when the button is pushed.
