We just installed the solar charger on the ring doorbell 2020 but now we don’t get any motion notifications, any idea what’s wrong?
Ensure your Video Doorbell is online. Try out a live view to see if it connects. If needed, reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
Double check your motion settings in the Ring app as well.
